Jason is proud to call himself a Colorado native growing up in the Vail Valley and going to high school in Denver. Jason then moved to the East Coast to attend the University of Vermont graduating summa cum laude in Finance with a focus in Real Estate and Economics. Jason has a unique background in working on large commercial real estate transactions and has been working in commercial real estate and real estate development for the past 7 years in a multitude of capacities. Jason got his start working in real estate investment banking focusing on projects in Washington DC and New York City representing large multinational corporations investing over $100M in key real estate developments. After experiencing city life, he decided to move back home to the Vail Valley and worked with Vail Resorts to analyze the Company’s commercial real estate and developable land portfolio within Vail, Beaver Creek, Keystone, Breckenridge, Park City, Northstar, Heavenly etc.

With Jason’s intimate knowledge of resort markets and small mountain communities, coinciding with his experience working in commercial real estate and capital markets, he became the founder and Managing Broker of Aspect Realty. Aspect Realty specializes in commercial and residential real estate transactions, whether that is development, leasing, buy side, or sell side. To date Jason has brokered or been a representative for stakeholders to $75M of deals from commercial land sales, to build-to-suit leases, to single family and multifamily development sites to end sale.
